In this 2-hour presentation people will get an overview of practical, workable solutions successful groups have used  to resolve or contain each type of conflict, but focusing mostly on managing especially challenging behaviors. The presentation, with Q&A,  is for people who may have felt confused, baffled, or even hopeless about ongoing conflict in their group and seek grounded, field-tested solutions.  There are things groups can do! \+Info: [https://inner.transitionmovement.org/working-effectively-challenging-behaviors/](https://inner.transitionmovement.org/working-effectively-challenging-behaviors/) \ RSVP: [https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZ0qfuurpjIrG9HJvSvjKH8xQqJPDqfr-940](https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZ0qfuurpjIrG9HJvSvjKH8xQqJPDqfr-940) ![Challenging Behaviours - No text_20230809235314 (3).png](file-guid:92db1b06-2004-4b9c-ae66-85e627d1e9c1 "Challenging Behaviours - No text_20230809235314 (3).png")\ **Working Effectively with Especially Challenging Behaviors in Member-Led Activist Groups** is the fourth webinar part of the **[Conflict Resilience Series](https://inner.transitionmovement.org/conflict-resilience-webinars?lng=en), **a series highlighting some fantastic resources on the benefits of addressing and re-framing conflict to maintain effective groups.
